Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fuzionary, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Description of Service

Fuzionary is a free, browser-based game that uses artificial intelligence to generate creative combinations of concepts. The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or availability.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fuzionary to:

• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service through automated requests
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Submit personal data of others without their consent

User Content

When you type concepts into Fuzionary, that text is sent to our AI service and the resulting combination is cached publicly so other users can benefit from the same result without generating it again. By submitting a concept, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content as part of the service. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information.

AI-Generated Content

All fusion results, descriptions, and thumbnail images are generated by AI and are provided for entertainment purposes only. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, or occasionally inappropriate. We make no warranty about the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any AI output. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion.

Rate Limits

To ensure fair access for all users, Fuzionary enforces a limit of 30 new fusions per IP address per 24-hour period. Cached results do not count against this limit. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits at any time.

Intellectual Property

The Fuzionary name, logo, and interface design are our property. AI-generated fusion results and images are generated on demand and we make no claim of copyright over them. You may share fusion results freely, including commercially, provided you do not misrepresent their origin.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Fuzionary is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed €100

Third-Party Services

Fuzionary relies on third-party AI and infrastructure providers (Anthropic, Together AI, Supabase, Upstash, Google). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Their terms of service and privacy policies apply to their respective services.

Advertising

Fuzionary displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. By using the service, you acknowledge that ads may appear on the site. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to Fuzionary at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms, without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
